 Our overhead is super low. Our little piano shop is located at our home near downtown Olympia, so we don’t have to pay for commercial retail space. We are family owned and operated and we don’t hire professional salespeople. That means the money you pay for our instruments goes into refined workmanship that makes our pianos a cut above the rest! Yet, if you compare our prices you’ll see we are very competitive.

2. Reputation

Registered Piano Technicians Guild member, Ryan Sowers, has one of the best reputations in the business. He services pianos for most of the prestigious teachers and performers in the area.  His dedication to the Piano Technicians Guild has allowed him to study with some of the most well-respected technicians in the United States. Ryan has received specialized training at both Yamaha North American Headquarters in Los Angeles, and the Steinway & Sons factory in New York.

3. Musicianship

As an advanced pianist, Ryan can experience the instrument not just as a technician, but as a musician. This allows him to bring a level of refinement to his technical work that would not otherwise be possible.

4. No Pressure

When you come to see one of our pianos you won’t be pressured into making a decision right away. In fact, we always encourage people to take their time when purchasing a piano.  What is important is that you make the right choice for you. Since you’ll be dealing directly with the technician you’ll be sure to get accurate information without all the sales hype.

The 4^th Ave. Bridge at dusk. There are lots of beautiful opportunities to walk around the water! Capital Lake can be circled in 35 minutes. Nearby Percival Landing is a delightful boardwalk along the sound with views of the Capital, the port, and the Olympic Mountains!	Stopping by from out of town? ~ Olympia is a fun city to spend the afternoon! We are less than 5 minutes away from our beautiful State Capitol, and historic downtown where you will find plenty of interesting shops. Stop by the Olympia’s Farmers Market, or have a taste of our famous Fish Microbrew! (They also have excellent food!). Have a “Calzone to die for” at Trinacria, If the kids are in tow, be sure to check out our awesome Hands On Children’s Museum or the WET Science Center. Stay for dinner at one of our favorite restaurants: Basilico, Acqua Via or Dockside Bistro, and catch an independent or foreign film at the Olympia Film Society. Bring your hiking shoes! We also happen to be right across from one of Olympia’s nicest walking trails: Watershed Park.										Don’t hesitate to stop by our beautiful state capital building! The north end of the campus has a gorgeous view of the sound. A switch back trail will take you right down to Capital Lake.
